These terms cover the PromoMonster website. Using it means you accept them. Paid services are covered by a separate agreement you will see before you are charged anything.
What we will not do
We do not write, buy, sell or incentivise reviews. We do not filter which of your customers get asked. We do not offer to remove negative reviews, because nobody can. Any service claiming otherwise is putting your business at risk.
What we ask of you
If you become a customer, you may only upload contact details for people who agreed to be contacted by your business, and you must not offer anyone an incentive for leaving a review. Both break platform rules and consumer protection law, and both put your listing at risk, not just your account with us. We may suspend an account that does either.
No guarantees about outcomes
We can help you ask consistently and reply quickly. We cannot promise a particular number of reviews, a particular rating, or a particular position in search results. Anyone who does is guessing.
