What we collect

When you request a review audit or apply to the partner programme, we collect your name, email address, business name and website, the type of business you selected, and your IP address. That is all.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party pixels on this site. The only cookie we set keeps your session working while you use a form.

What we do with it

We use it to prepare your audit and to reply to you. Your IP address is kept to stop automated abuse of our forms.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing sequence you did not ask for. If you ask for an audit, you get an audit and a reply from a person.

How long we keep it

Audit requests and partner applications are kept for two years, or until you ask us to delete them. Abuse-prevention records are kept for 12 months.

Your choices

Email us and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We do not require an account or a form to honour that, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

Customer data, once you are a client

If you become a customer and upload your own customers' contact details, we handle that data on your behalf and only to send what you ask us to send. We never use it for our own marketing, never share it with other customers, and delete it when you leave. That will be covered by a separate data processing agreement in your contract.
